DescriptionOur Client requires one (1) Transformation Consultant to work on currently migrating their radio communications network.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory SkillsThe resource must be able to travel outside of Edmonton to perform the Services for approximately 10% of the time.  
Nice To Have Skills
  • The proposed resource should have the experience of working with First Responders to design radio system agency fleet maps to support operations. (Two (2) Examples)
  • The proposed resource should have the ability to work simultaneously with multiple end user agencies having diverse business or operational requirements. (Three (3) Examples)
  • The proposed resource should have experience matching First Responder Agency operational and technical requirements with the capability of a LMR system (Two (2) Examples)
  • The proposed resource should have experience developing and executing radio system transition plans.
  • The Proposal should describe past successes. (Three (3) Examples)
  • The proposed resource should have experience developing or overseeing end user service level agreements. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should have experience working with First Responder Agencies. (One (1) examples within last 5 years)
  • The proposed resource should have experience creating First Responder Agency training processes and material for use of LMR system. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should have experience demonstrating cost analysis and business case development and justification to funding organizations, municipal councils, government organizations, or governance boards. (Three (3) examples)
  • The proposed resource should demonstrate positive contributions and experience establishing, leading and participating in multi-disciplinary project teams. (Three (3) examples)
  • The proposed resource should demonstrate the ability to establish and manage business relationships at all levels based on trust, cooperation and mutual respect by providing specific examples of how relationships with clients have been managed at all levels to benefit the client organization. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should be capable of developing and managing agreements of an administrative and/or financial nature. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should demonstrate their ability to organize and prioritize personal workloads by providing specific examples. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should have the ability to facilitate and negotiate action plans and agreements with multiple stakeholders having diverse business or operational requirements. (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should demonstrate the resource’s problem solving skills. The Proposal should
  • demonstrate the nature of past subject problems, the applied solution(s). (Two (2) examples)
  • The proposed resource should demonstrate ability to plan and perform Harris P25 system Technical Administrator training courses. (One (1) example within last 2 years)
