DescriptionOur client is currently seeking a Programmer Lead to coordinate/lead the development activity for near term projects and to track team activities and provide status updates. The successful candidate will also work closely with other teams to ensure quality and clarity on all deliverables.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • A minimum of 10 years of software development experience with .NET (C#) and Web Applications (HTML, JavaScript, CSS, jQuery, AJAX, JSON).
  • 10+ years of experiences working with Windows Server, IIS, SQL Server, SVN, Jenkins
  • Strong team leadership and development capabilities with an orientation towards action and collaboration.
  • Experience leading a team ensuring a proper software development lifecycle process is followed.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience with common design patterns.
  • Well versed in security best practices as it relates to software development.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SOA and ESB technologies (SOAP and REST web services).
  • Demonstrated experience leading and participating in a development team.
  • The ability to work well with other teams/groups.
  • Respect for an existing legacy codebase and frameworks, adjusting development as such.
  • Ability to maximize the capabilities of off the shelf products and identify opportunities to extend or improve upon out of the box features.
  • Strong ability to prioritize activities and excellent time management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must have a university degree in Computer Science or equivalent education/experience.
