Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 5 years experience conducting business analysis on complex IT projects, including requirements gathering and analysis
  • 5 years experience in the development and management of appropriate system testing
  • 5 years experience writing SQL
  • Ability and willingness to travel to customer sites as required
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Strong documentation experience creating detailed business requirements
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills
  • Experience in business intelligence research and working with statistical data
  • Experience with Oracle Reports 10g
  • Experience with Oracle Discoverer 10g
  • Experience developing presentations for all levels in an organization
  • Experience representing corporate and project interests in developing strong customer relations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in planning and designing creative solutions to meet client needs
  • Experience working in an Oracle development environment
  • Experience in the full systems development lifecycles in a COTS environment
  • Certifications as a Business Analyst through the International Institute for Business Analysis (IIBA)
  • Formal education as follows: current college or professional certification in business, management or administration or information technology
