DescriptionOur client is seeking an administrative support position.The focus of this position will be to support the Project Management Office in a variety of its administrative functions supporting Application Services IT projects including contractor onboarding, document management, project support, and other requests as needed.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • A diploma in Business Administration from a recognized technical institute, or a related University degree in Business
  • Minimum two (2) years of professional experience in information technology
  • Minimum two (2) years of experience in a project administrator role
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office environment
  • Basic understanding of the System Development Lifecycle
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, verbal, written communication skills
  • Able to promptly answer support related e-mails, phone calls, and other electronic communications
  • Previous experience working in a highly motivated team atmosphere
  • Ability to work with different levels of management
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience as a SharePoint site owner
  • Experience with vendor management
  • Intermediate Excel skills: macros, pivot tables
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Project Management certifications or courses
Work Environment6 months with possibility of extension
