Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 5 years experience writing, modifying, integrating and testing software code
  • 5 years experience maintaining existing computer programs by making modifications as required
  • 5 years experience with identifying and communicating technical problems, processes and solutions
  • 5 years experience with the preparation of reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software
  • 5 years experience assisting in the collection and documentation of user’s requirements
  • 3 years experience assisting in the development of logical and physical specifications
  • 5 years experience programming software to predefined specifications
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively
  • 5 years experience in SQL programming language
  • Proven ability to work individually or in a team environment
  • Available to start November 3, 2008
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Related Degree or Diploma
  • 6 months experience with various programming languages such as SQL, Visual Baasic, Java and C++
  • 6 months experience using Remedy 6.0 and higher
  • 6 months experience using  ITSM 7.0 and higher
  • 6 months experience using SQL to extract information from either Remedy 6.0 and higher ITSM 7.0 and higher
  • Familiarity with the concept ITIL Service Level Management either version 2.0 or version 3.0
  • Experience developing an overall reporting strategy or working with a Business Intelligence
