DescriptionOur Client is currently seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to successfully coordinate and manage a technical scope, and direct the technical teams working on web projects.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Strong ability to plan, implement, monitor, execute and close projects, ensuring effective management of scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk, communications, business value realization and procurement;
  • Exceptionally strong PM knowledge and experience required to manage complexity within all project deliverables and amidst external evolving and competing business priorities;
  • Ability to establish great working relationships with clients to influence and advise best technical strategy to achieve business goals;
  • Ability to translate technical challenges or options into business level alternatives to facilitate alignment between the technical design/decisions and the business goals/priorities;
  • Exceptional communication skills; confidence that messages are clear, understood and professional;
  • Solid background/experience overseeing/coordinating technical and end-user testing;
  • Ability to translate business requirements and scope into high level technical requirements (and make sound technical recommendations based on high level understanding of the technology), and then assist the technical teams in breaking these down into development level requirements;
  • Demonstrates professionalism, integrity, ethical behavior & commitment to the values.

  • Ability to facilitate to a diverse audience drive consensus on critical project decisions;

  • Solid background/experience in the areas of Business Analysis and Business Process Redesign;
