Job Opportunity
DescriptionOur Client is seeking a Business Analyst(s) to work on activities in support of multiple projects. They will analyze and document business processes and business requirements to assess the business model or its integration with technology. The Business Analyst will also assist with change management and communication activities to ensure the affected stakeholders are ready for the changes being implemented.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience performing ALL of the following activities & where on resume are activities identified: experience facilitating workshops & conducting interviews to obtain & validate/analyze requirements; develop & analyze business process, procedures, standards & guidelines; develop business process models; conduct impact analysis; conduct business needs assessment; document current & future state; gap analysis; and develop use cases or stories (6+ years)
  • Experience performing ALL of the following activities with business representatives: investigate and analyze policy changes; document business and system impacts; and develop strategy papers (e.g. business cases, business case summaries, strategic plans) (4+ years)
  • Experience building and maintaining effective relationships with business and technology partners, subject matter experts to obtain consensus and support for required changes or enhancements (4+ years)
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience operating at a Management Consultant type Senior/Lead level and preferably supporting Senior Leadership Team (2+ years)
  • Experience preparing project administration documentation such as: status reports; meeting minutes; risks; issues; decision requests; and change requests (4+ years)
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering (4+ years)
  • Experience with leading, facilitating and supporting change management (2+ years)
  • Experience developing communication plans. (3+ years)
  • Experience on web projects as a business analyst. (2+ years)
  • Experience using Microsoft Visio to create or revise process document, flow chart or business process models, etc. (2+ years)
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment (2+ years)
Work Environment1 year with possibility of 2 one-year extensions 
Hourly RateNegotiable
