DescriptionOur Client is seeking a Business Analyst to provide data analysis and modelling, process mapping and optimization and assistance on the implementation of an internal and externally facing solution. Skills required include but are not limited to facilitation, requirements gathering, process redesign, process mapping, documenting business procedures, standards and guidelines, use case development, and test plans.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • 2+ years working in an ICT environment
  • 1+ year working as a Business Analyst
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills in the English language.
  • A collaborative style with the ability to contribute positively with teams and focus on a common outcomes.
  • Excellent facilitation skills.
  • Listens well and openly shares information to facilitate exchange of ideas and knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships and partner with business to define success metrics and criteria.
  • Strong business acumen. Ability to analyze business requirements, operations and objectives and communicate at the business level.
  • Strong understanding of application development lifecycles and their application.
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
  • Experience facilitating workshops or JAD sessions
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time
  • Experience developing and delivering training materials
  • Experience documenting business rules and data models
  • Experience in Business Process Reengineering
  • Experience in Business Process Modeling
  • Experience with use cases
  • Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Experience developing test scripts and performing system testing
  • Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing
  • Experience with change management
  • Experience with application development
  • Experience with commercial off the shelf (COTS) products
  • Experience preparing Privacy Impact Assessment documents
  • Experience working in a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
  • Experience with modern interactive website requirements
