  • 10+ years of business analyst and coordination experience
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills set
  • In depth experience working in enterprise systems/applications
  • Strong in business and system process modeling and business process re-engineering
  • Experience working on multiple projects at one time
  • In depth experience with client relationship management processes and systems
  • In depth experience with change management
  • Experience working in an N-tier development environment
  • Experience with projects spanning multiple technical environments
  • Experience documenting business processes, procedures, standards and guidelines
  • Experience providing business system support
  • Experience developing test cases, test scripts and test data
  • Experience with performing system testing and conformance testing
  • Experience in planning/monitoring User Acceptance testing
  • Lead facilitation, requirements gathering and design review sessions
  • Experience with TSQL / SQL Server 2016 and higher is required
  • Experience with Business Information
  • Privacy impact assessment experience
  • Experience with application development
  • Experience with modern interactive website requirements
  • Experience developing Business Cases or Business Case Summaries
  • Understanding of architecture and development of technical solutions to defined business challenges
