Job Opportunity
DescriptionOur Client is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business/Functional Analyst to join their ERP team. The successful applicant will be responsible for identifying to deploying end-user solutions in D365 CRM. Using your deep functional knowledge and familiarity with the Dynamics CRM application, you will ensure that business requirements are defined and met by the development team while providing a variety of advisory services around business process development and business process enhancement by leveraging the Dynamics platform. The position will also require implementation support.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Undergraduate degree or diploma in Business, IT or a related discipline
  • Mid to Senior level experience as a Microsoft Dynamics 365 business/functional analyst or lead ERP analyst with at least one full life cycle implementation of MS D365
  • Skilled in the development of CRM Dynamics 365 custom workflows, including Business Process enablement
  • Able to gather requirements for changes, releases and functional processes
  • Experience supporting all aspects of D365 including business user support and functional support
  • Ability to think critically about technology and its business implications
  • Demonstrate a results-driven attitude
  • Proven ability to deliver clear and concise documentation
  • Ability to do high level configurations and participate in Proof of Concept development
  • Process mapping experience
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Experience conducting / supporting UAT
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of management, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Proactive and self-motivated with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness
  • Experience with IT projects involving multi-disciplinary teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Expert competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance key priorities
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Integration experience, i.e. MuleSoft, SSIS, Console App, C#, CRM Web Services
  • Experience with agile methodology and non-structured processes
  • Experience managing small projects, or exposure to the end to end project lifecycle, or managing substantial parts of the project lifecycle is beneficial
