Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Bachelor degree or diploma in business, IT management, or related field of study
  • 3+ years experience in related field
  • Prior experience in a project coordination role on IT application projects
  • Prior experience tracking project financials for multi-million dollar projects
  • Understands the difference between capital and operating expenses for IT projects
  • Proven ability to deliver clear and concise documentation
  • Experience with IT projects involving multi-disciplinary and dispersed teams operating in a fast-paced, innovation driven environment
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in cloud-based Microsoft applications including Word, Excel (pivot tables), PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Ability to work against tight deadlines
  • Very good prioritization skills to balance multiple priorities
  • Has had exposure to the end to end system development lifecycle
  • Experience with agile methodology and non-structured processes
  • Proven ability to pick up on new technologies quickly
  • Team player in supporting quickly evolving business processes such as invoice handling and onboarding requirements
Nice To Have Skills
  • Previous experience using or has been an administrator for: SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, Smartsheets
  • Familiar with IT service desk/release management/change control procedures
  • Experience working in or with an IT PMO or IT Financials
  • Experience managing small projects/initiatives
  • Has implemented process improvement initiatives within an IT department
