DescriptionOur client is currently seeking an Intermediate BA with experience and breadth of knowledge across IT infrastructure, information and application technologies to develop, validate and meet specifications (use cases, non-functional, etc.). The successful candidate will have strong IT skills, excellent collaboration and ability to understand business needs and work within a project team, along with strong communication, problem solving and planning skills.

Project Description 
Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Demonstrated experience (minimum of 5 projects) in a role with the responsibility of producing Business Process Modeling, Risk Assessment and Process Reengineering/modeling/analysis for a large organization as they relate to a large-scale migration project. *A minimum of 5 projects must be demonstrated
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience and proven ability to document components of business operations processes including requirements documents, workflow diagrams, process analysis, procedure descriptions and role assessments/summaries.
  • Demonstrated skills in facilitation, presentation and relationship building: Ability to engage multiple internal and external stakeholders from various disciplines (Client ministries, Development, Testing, Data Base Analysts, and Systems Analysts) and organizational hierarchies (line staff, middle management, senior management) to present recommendations and obtain decision-making results.
  • Proven project experience of independent research & recommendations made on new solutions for emerging business needs. The incumbent will be required to design common solutions to address business needs within the context of the governing business rules & the established enterprise technology standard. (Project details MUST be provided for demonstration of experience.)
  • Demonstrated experience in MS Project, MS Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other office products (recent versions).
Nice To Have Skills
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in gathering, documenting and working with business for IT implemented solutions where multiple stakeholders are impacted.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated communication experience with multiple organizational levels and stakeholders (e.g. written/verbal, developing and communicating presentations, project documentation).
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in resolving business issues and developing business solutions.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience with documentation of processes including identifying areas for process improvement.
  • 5+ years of ITIL Foundation experience.
  • 1+ year of demonstrated experience in managing organizational and technological change.
  • Available to drive to client sites for meetings.
  • Experience using interpersonal skills for negotiations and effective consensus building.
  • Experience working on an individual basis and in a team environment.
  • Proven ability to problem solve, find creative solutions and take initiative to complete tasks.
  • 4+ years of demonstrated experience in understanding the impact of policies, processes and procedures on performance.
Work Environment3 years with 1 optional 1-year extension 
Hourly RateNegotiable
