DescriptionOur Client is seeking an Intermediate Service Desk and Worksite Support Analyst to support requests for software/hardware services, change requests, and general technical knowledge.

Experience Required/ Mandatory Skills
  • Experience in the support of Windows 7 and higher (3+ years)
  • Experience in supporting Microsoft Office 2010 and higher (2+ years)
  • Technical experience with troubleshooting Intel-based PCs and laptops. (2+ years)
  • Experience in troubleshooting and problem resolution for software and hardware issues. (2+ years)
  • Experience in a customer service oriented environment, both over email/phone and in person. (2+ years)
  • Must be organized and have a good eye for detail. (2+ years)
 
Nice To Have Skills
  • Experience functioning in a team/group Help Desk/Service Desk environment. (2+ years)
  • Ability to learn quickly, problem solve/troubleshoot, work independently and/or in a team environment.
  • Ability to manage stress and conflict.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in account administration using Active Directory (ADS). (2+ years)
  • Technical experience with personal handheld devices including Blackberry, iOS (Apple) and Android based Smartphones (2+ years)
  • Experience using a service desk ticketing system/tool. (2+ years)
  • Experience in troubleshooting Audio Visual boardroom equipment (2+ years)
